  • 1 package (12 oz., or 340 g) silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sunflower oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) white vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. agave nectar

    METHOD

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients and puree until very smooth. Refrigerate the mayo in a tightly sealed jar or container for up to 2 weeks.
    RECIPE NOTES

    Leave out the garlic for a versatile vegan mayo that you can tweak to your liking!
