1 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips (dairy-free)
Fleur de sel or coarse salt for sprinkling
1 small orange for zesting

METHOD
Brush the bread slices lightly with oil and place them on a large baking tray. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.
