IRRESISTABLE RANCH DRESSING

  • 1 cup (140 g) raw cashews, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) unsweetened soy- free non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 2 tbsp. (28 ml) white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 3/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. agave nectar
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. dried dill

    METHOD

    Drain and rinse the cashews before combining them with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add more water because it will thicken further in the refrigerator.

    Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks after transferring to an airtight container.
