  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1lb (16oz) bag of organic carrots, scrubbed
  • 1⁄2 Fuji apple
  • 1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 tsp pumpkin spice

    METHOD
