  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 fresh dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder, or seeds from
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cardamom
