  • 454g (16oz) extra-firm tofu, drained, and crumbled
  • 227g (8oz) Slow Cooker Maple Breakfast Links, sliced thick
  • 1 425g (15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1⁄2 tsp chili powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp paprika
  • 1⁄2 tsp black salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp turmeric
  • 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder

    METHOD

    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Combine the onion, mushrooms, tofu, and seitan links in a mixing bowl. 15 minutes of sautéing
