1⁄4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tbsp raw shelled hempseed
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

METHOD
In a food processor, grind the cashews until very fine. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl.
