1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 cucumber
2 garlic cloves
2 dried apricots
1/4 cup (25 g) dried bread crumbs
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped almonds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

METHOD
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
