  • 3⁄4 cup water
  • 3⁄4 cup pumpkin puree, canned or cooked fresh
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1⁄4 tsp salt
