  • 1 bag herbal chai tea
  • 1 1⁄2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1 to 2 fresh dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
