    METHOD

    Peel and coarsely chop the banana and orange. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters, remove the core, and roughly chop it. In a food processor, combine all of the fruit chunks and the spinach.

Blend the ingredients until smooth, then add 16fl oz. (500ml) water and mix briefly again. Pour into small bottles and chill for 1–2 hours.
