GREEN PEACH SMOOTHIE3
SERVES 2 GLASSES
1 cup (125 g) chopped zucchini
1 cup (45 g) baby spinach, packed
2 1/2cups (345 g) chopped frozen peaches
1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened non- dairy milk
1/2 tsp. ground ginger, or more to taste
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric, or more to taste

METHOD
In a blender, combine all the ingredients in the order listed. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust with more ginger or turmeric as desired.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve.

When peaches are out of season, try frozen strawberries or apples instead.
